Because we exclusively encode with the H.264 codec in Apple's QuickTime 7, if you are running Windows, you need to download and install the latest version of QuickTime 7 for Windows Public Preview 3. We will let you know each time there is a newer version so you can keep updating.

Of course if you are running a Mac, you should already have installed QuickTime 7.0.1 long ago unless you never run or ignore your Software Update... If so you better get busy. If you're still running OS 9, forgetaboutit.
